The Alta Environmental Center believes that the pursuit of sustainability entails finding a balance in practices within our ski operations, natural environment, and community. Our prime resource and partner on our journey toward sustainability is our community – one made up of our employees, Utah residents, and skiers. Through collaborative education and stewardship, we believe this community can thrive and work together toward a more sustainable future. Along the way, many educational devices, festivals, and stewardship activities can help in building community knowledge and decreasing our carbon footprint.
